Fantastic showroom, exceptional staff. I had sourced sanitary ware already but could not find a vanity unit to fit the small space. Eoghan went to much effort to ensure the unit had the right specs for me and that there was enough storage, also checking the countertop material. The vanity, countertop and mirror are all HiB and really elevated the Sonas sink. Lyndsey was so helpful and kept me updated on delivery. The only regret I have is that I came to them late and wish I had got them to install the full bathroom. The showroom is brilliant and has so many great design ideas and samples. Well worth a visit. Thanks Lyndsey and Eoghan!

From the moment I walked into Newlook Bathroom, new outlet; in Roselawn SC, to having our en suite bathroom completely refurbished, tiled and new units fitted I received a kind, respectful, efficient service. Lyndsey and Eoghan in the shop brought me through everything with great patience and a coffee Eoghan's knowledge of his business is encyclopaedic and he steered me in the right direction. Brian set up the date and masterminded the operation. Luke, Shane and the wonderful gentleman who did the ripout, plaster boards etc were wonderful (my apologies not remembering his name)Luke enabled me to go to my Aqua classes etc by managing all the dedicated staff. These men are very talented and looked after us really well. Each evening they left the place spotless. Thank you New Look we will do business again because of your very professional and talented responsible staff. Thank you.Mìle Buìochas.

New look did a complete bathroom refit for us and the end result is gorgeous. Their show room has fantastic models to inspire your choice. While the project took longer than expected due to unforeseen issues the team worked diligently. Highly professional trades people.

Having visited the NewLook showrooms we met with the very helpful/professional Lyndsey and Eoghan. We were impressed with the quality of the workmanship and the specs they use, as well as the service we received. We later contacted them for a quote to renovate our main bathroom. The provided quote gave a detailed breakdown and was turned around at very short notice (at our request). Eoghan later called me to go through the quote. In the end we chose another bathroom company but that came down to timing/availability as we have other works going on at the house which we are trying to fit this around. Based on our dealings with them I would absolutely consider using them again in future.

Brian and the team at Newlook were an absolute joy to deal with. They listened to all of our requirements, advised where there may be challenges and worked tirelessly to deliver exactly what we wanted. Their workmanship, diligence and friendly approach were absolutely second to none. Would use them again for any future projects and strongly recommend them. They delivered a fantastic, high quality final product

Massive thanks to Newlook Tiles and Bathrooms for supplying the tiles and the tiling material for both bathrooms on our latest DIY SOS Project in Tallaght! A wonderful gesture to the O'Connor family. Thank you again. Richard Stearn, DIY SOS Series Producer

Had 3 Bathrooms & Utility Tiled and two of the bathrooms made wetrooms with Schluter system. Brian guided the entire project end to end, very impressed with the team, attention to detail and cleanliness. Office staff very approachable also (Lyndsey). Wishing them all the best in the future

I am really happy that I chose New Look Tiles and Bathrooms to upgrade my bathroom. I initially sent a query to their website and the very friendly Lyndsey in the office rang me within a couple of hours to arrange an appointment. Brian (project manager) was very knowledgeable when he called to have a look at my old bathroom and I felt comfortable with his approach from the start. I did shop around and the quote from New Look was by far the most transparent and detailed I got. I knew the cost of everything, nothing was hidden. Their customer service was excellent from the time I made the initial query. Brian arranged for me to meet him to go shopping for tiles in a large industrial estate and he even rang 20 minutes before the appointment to make sure I wasn’t lost. All of the team ( Stefan and the lads) were very friendly, polite and tidy when the work was going on. They were punctual and trust worthy and it is obvious that they care about their work. Brian was very responsive during the works and always made himself available if I had a query. I can tell that customer service and attention to detail are important to Clive. The attitude of his team reflects that. I feel like I’m in a hotel when I walk into my new bathroom so thank you to everyone for being so good at what you do.

I am so happy (and relieved!) I choose Newlook Tiles and Bathrooms. I firmly believe you get what you pay for and I know had I chosen to go with the cheaper quotes I received, the same very high standard of work would not of been done. The plumbers (without hesitation & me requesting it) spent half a day drilling into solid concrete to push back my toilet creating more space in the tiny downstairs loo. Every tile was cut with great care, consideration and thought. The wow factor of my toilet is not the tiles or sanitary ware (although very lovely), it’s the workmanship. The crew are very hard working, diligent & nice (Brian, Clive, Eoghan, Adam & Tom) and your home will be in safe hands with them. As I said to Brian I even annoy myself how particular I am about things but Newlook Tiles and Bathrooms exceeded my expectations. A special mention to Eoghan for being so great. I’m hoping ye will extend to kitchens next!
