Installation Guidance

For wall hung units, ensure the wall is solid masonry or use appropriate plasterboard fixings rated for the unit's loaded weight. Mark the fixing positions at your preferred height — typically 800–850mm from floor to basin rim — and use a spirit level for accuracy. All plumbing connections should be prepared before mounting. We recommend engaging a qualified plumber and joiner, particularly for concealed cistern or in-wall waste connections. Our supply-and-install service covers the full process from first fix through to completion, including waste and water connections, silicone sealing and final adjustments.

Floor standing units should be positioned on a level, tiled surface. Ensure the waste outlet aligns with your existing drainage before fixing. Silicone the base perimeter to prevent water ingress beneath the unit.
